Actions cache
actions/cache, setup-node, setup-python and Docker's type=gha layer cache work unchanged and store in the runner's own region. Storage is $0.0260 per GiB-month, billed daily; no charge for reads or writes. Entries unused for 7 days expire, and each account holds up to 100 GiB, oldest-used evicted first.
